Shipping Fee
Free shipping for all orders in: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, Czechia.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Zone
Orders will be shipped from our warehouses in Germany and France.
We currently only ship inside the EU, and American users can directly purchase from our US website, British users can purchase from UK website.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Dabbsson packages are shipped via DPD, DHL and GLS. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Damages
eu.dabbsson.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 20 days at support.eu@dabbsson.com or call at +1 888 850 9503 Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm (PST).
